Frequently Asked Questions
Questions 1: Why does this aquarium gravel vacuum not work or stop working?
1. The correct use is to put the pump in the water and then power it on, otherwise, the pump will not be started.
If you have first powered it on and then put the pump in the water, the pump will stop working for a few seconds, please turn it on and off repeatedly to exhaust the air of the pump, then everything back to normal.
2. Please make sure the power socket has electricity and the two wires are connected normally.
Questions 2: Why the power is not strong after using it for a period?
Our motor is easy to disassemble and can be opened for cleaning.
Note:
Only after putting the gravel vacuum cleaner into the fish tank water can it be turned on, otherwise it will stop working.

Not a bad little pump. I have used it daily in my bare bottom discus tanks and my sump on my dt because they are pigs! Has good suction and decent build quality. 1. It's helped me not kill my fish, since I no longer have to remove them from the bowl when i clearn.
2. Easy to do partial water change so not to freak out the fish
3. My fish love the shower filter feature.
4. It also helped me drain the water from my dishwasher during an emergency, which payed for itself ten-fold.

I gotta say, this vacuum water cleaner gets the job done. It is versatile, as I've used it in a 55 gallon, 35 gallon tank and a 1 gallon tank. Did a great job on the tank my Ramshorn snails were temporarily in(as for their size produce a large bio load).Value Quality Price
