Great for my use for it. I was rooting expensive plant cuttings and wanted to see if using an air pump in the water prop would help. Definitely was a lower noise level, but would have been too loud for me personally if it was in the same room. It is about as loud as you would expect from a small aquarium filter. One of the air stones was not pumping correctly, but there was a spare to use. The tubing is a flexible silicone type? I liked that it had a holder and the device sat in it nicely. There was extra tubing (a lot of it).
